2. Shipping arrangements for the goods

All equipment and materials are packed securely to withstand long-distance ocean and inland transportation, multiple handling, loading, and unloading. Depending on the characteristics and needs of the goods, measures such as moisture-proofing, rain-proofing, rust-proofing, and corrosion protection are taken to ensure the safe and intact arrival of the goods at the installation site. Components that are easily lost are packaged in cartons, and technical documents are properly packaged for delivery.

  • Shipping Marking:

    Three days before the shipping date, the contract number, product name, quantity, number of boxes, total weight, total volume, and scheduled shipping date will be notified to the customer in fax form. At the same time, a detailed list of goods in five copies will be sent by registered mail, including the contract number, product name, specifications, quantity, total weight, total volume, dimensions of each box (length × width × height), total price, port of shipment, scheduled shipping date, special requirements, and precautions for transportation and storage to be known to the integrator and the owner. Before use or shipment, our company provides a secure and reliable storage space or warehouse to prevent damage to the products or deterioration of products awaiting use or shipment.
