The new intelligent busbar system by CG BUSWAY is a safe and reliable new intelligent busbar system that can monitor the working conditions of the busbar in real time during operation.

It enables comprehensive, intuitive, real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of the busbar's working conditions, providing more accurate, timely, complete, and consistent status information.

When the working temperature of the three-phase node of the intelligent busbar connector unit connected to the busbar exceeds the normal value, or when busbar abnormalities occur due to factors such as busbar overload, aging insulation layers, and other adverse conditions,

it can promptly issue a fault alarm signal to ensure that the busbar operates in a safe condition for an extended period.

The system consists of four parts:

Smart Busway Joint Unit: The Smart Busway Joint Unit is an essential component of the Smart Busway system. It mainly completes the data collection and transmission of the working states of phases A, B, and C of the Smart Busway Joint Unit.

Intelligent Control Box Unit: The intelligent busway plug-in unit is an important component of the intelligent busway system. It mainly completes the collection and transmission of the working status and electrical characteristic data of the intelligent busway plug-in box.

Intelligent Control Box: The intelligent control box serves as a bridge between the intelligent busway joint unit, the intelligent busway plug-in unit, and the management platform, enabling control, management, and data transmission of these units.

Electrical Equipment Remote Monitoring and Warning Management Platform: It features functions such as real-time data analysis, historical data analysis, on-site simulation, report generation, automatic alerts and alarms, and remote equipment management.
