· Signed a contract with BYD New Energy Vehicle Factory in Nanjing

The BYD New Energy Vehicle Factory in Nanjing is the latest project signed by BYD following the BYD base in Shenzhen, BYD Electronics in Huizhou, BYD Hongcao Industrial Park in Shanwei, and the core component industrial park for new energy vehicles in Changzhou. The Nanjing BYD New Energy Vehicle Factory project, signed this time, is located in the Lishui Economic Development Zone in Nanjing. The first phase covers an area of 300 acres. Once the entire new energy vehicle project is completed, it will be able to produce 5,000 pure electric large buses and 1,000 pure electric light buses annually, achieving an annual output value of 10 billion RMB and annual tax revenue of 600 million RMB.

· Signed a contract with Guangde Economic Development Zone PCB Industrial Park

The Guangde PCB Industrial Park in China is located in the northwest of the Guangde Economic Development Zone in Anhui Province. It is the first stop for undertaking industrial transfer from the Yangtze River Delta, with an initial phase covering an area of 1605 acres. The industrial park boasts superior location, convenient transportation, developed logistics, clear functions, notable features, and complete supporting facilities. It has successively been awarded honors such as "Provincial Printed Circuit Board Industry Base," "Provincial New Industrialization Industry Demonstration Base," "Provincial Circular Economy Demonstration Zone," "Provincial Second Informationization and Industrialization Demonstration Zone," and "Provincial Electronic Information Industry Base."

· Signed a contract with Nanjing Jiangbei People's Hospital

Nanjing Jiangbei People's Hospital (formerly known as the Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Company Hospital) was established in 1934. It is a large comprehensive hospital in the Jiangbei area with a strong technical force and complete functions. In June 2004, the hospital separated from the original enterprise and was restructured into a privately operated non-profit hospital. In the four years since the restructuring, without any subsidies from the government or the enterprise, it has relied entirely on its own efforts to achieve sustained and healthy development, gaining recognition from the government and society. It has been included in the overall planning of "Cross-River Development" by the Nanjing Municipal Government, and has been designated for upgrading and expansion to a tertiary hospital.

· Signed contract with TÜV SÜD Guangzhou Testing Center

The German TÜV (Technischer Überwachungs-Verein) translates to Technical Inspection Association in English. TÜV SÜD is the largest and oldest TÜV inspection organization in the world. Under Guangdong Sike General Electric Technology Co., Ltd., the high-end brand "CG BUSWAY" undertook the busway power supply system project at the TÜV South Germany Guangzhou Testing Center. With high-quality performance and efficient management, the project was successfully completed before the opening, receiving high praise from the client. This project marks another key project secured by CG BUSWAY following the CVC Vicor project at the national key laboratory.

· SAIC Group Hongyan Production Base

SAIC Group's Hongyan Base has added nearly 2 billion yuan in investment, covering an area of about 460,000 square meters. The new plant has a construction area of 185,000 square meters, mainly consisting of three major production plants including final assembly, painting, body assembly, and auxiliary buildings such as office buildings. The three main plants are interconnected by elevated and ground-level corridors, with driver cabins and chassis being transported within the three main plants through hanging conveyors in the elevated corridors and sliding conveyors in the ground-level corridors, ensuring efficient and smooth factory logistics. Once completed, the project will have a comprehensive production capacity of 40,000 vehicles per year.
