Inside the semiconductor material factory, due to the high-temperature environment during production and processing, a large amount of acidic gas is easily generated. Additionally, the manufacturing process of semiconductor materials requires the extensive use of organic solvents such as photoresist and developer solutions. These solutions primarily consist of organic substances, which, during processes like etching, cleaning, and thin film deposition, produce a large amount of harmful chemicals that are detrimental to human health and the environment. These chemicals can corrode electrical equipment, leading to electrical leakage and short circuits, posing risks to personal safety. Furthermore, they can cause a significant economic loss by potentially causing malfunctions in a large number of precision instruments and valuable equipment within the factory. Therefore, apart from energy saving, it is essential to enhance the protection level of the busway and improve its corrosion resistance to ensure the safe and reliable transmission of electricity.

 

CG BUSWAY customizes the "Chuangxin" solution for customers by combining the actual situation and requirements of customers through the PHS mode. High-purity electrolytic copper is carefully selected as the raw material for the busbar conductor, with a resistivity of ≤0.01677Ω.mm²/m and a conductivity of up to 101% IACS. The impedance loss of the transmission line is small, allowing for higher current density transmission. Energy loss during energy transportation and conversion is significantly reduced, leading to a notable improvement in power quality and efficiency, ultimately helping customers reduce power loss from the core.
